# XFactor Academy

## What it is

XFactor Academy is a learning management system where the AI is the substrate
rather than a bolt-on feature. Three capabilities distinguish it:

- **Course generation from source material.** Upload a document, and the platform
  produces a structured course — modules, lessons, assessments — rather than a
  container you then fill in by hand.
- **Delivery over WhatsApp.** Learners take courses in the channel they already
  use daily. In Latin America WhatsApp is the default messaging layer, not a
  secondary one, and reaching people there removes the "log into the portal"
  step that kills completion rates.
- **Browser-based VR training.** Scenario and theatre-style practice that runs in
  a browser, with no headset required.

Instruction, assessment and support are available in Spanish and English as
first-class languages. Content authored in one is not a translation of the other.
